Due to our unique circumstances, we are able to offer 10'x20' units and 20'x20' units that are housed inside 3 massive 30,000sf buildings. You will NEVER need to worry about rain or snow again! We offer this feature in both our Wyoming and Forest Lake locations. We have newly constructed units that are available to rent today for $120 per month!

Our Outdoor Parking Units only allow one item per space to keep things neat and tidy. Anything extra will be towed at your expense.

Rules, Regulations, Policies
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
- Rents received on or after the 10th of the month will be assessed a $20 late fee.
- A $30 NSF fee is assessed on all bounced checks.
- It is your responsibility to carry insurance. Hallberg Storage does not have insurance coverage for the goods stored in your unit.
- Hallberg Storage is not responsible for loss or damage to the contents of your unit.
- Storage of flammable or hazardous items is illegal and strictly forbidden.
- Do not store any perishable foods. Storing such items may result in attracting rodents.
- No loitering or working is allowed on the premises.
- Price Guaranteed for 12 Months.
- One month's rent is required as a clean up deposit on all units.
- No Administration Fees
Moveout and Deposit Refund Procedure
- Give written or verbal notice 10 days before the end of the month.
- It is your responsibility to give us your current address or update any important changes.
- Clean and sweep unit, remove any pallets, trash, etc.
- Remove your lock.
- You must be current with your rent.
- Vacate the unit by the last day of the month for which your rent is paid.
- Rent is NOT prorated at move out. If you are still in after the 1st, full payment for that month is required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All security deposits will be mailed to you within 30 days of move out, as long as space is cleaned out and left in good condition.
Outdoor Storage Additional Policies
- RVs, Cars, Boats, Motorsports/Power Sports, Ice Castles, and Campers are all acceptable to be stored, as long as they remain on a single trailer.
- All items are subject to review for approval by management. Management’s decisions regarding approval, denial, or removal of items from outdoor storage are final.
- Item has to have up to date license and cannot be older than 20 years unless authorized by management. Items shall be in good repair and road worthy condition at all times.
- Valid Drivers license and proof of ownership is required.
- Only one item per space. Anything extra will be towed or removed at your expense.
- Hallberg Storage does not offer insurance for vehicles or equipment. It is your responsibility to provide your own.
- Stored items are subject to periodic inspections to ensure continued compliance. If an item is found to no longer meet our criteria, management may require its removal from the lot.
