Stuck at the sign-up screen? Make sure your unit number has your gate letter prefix like "A123" for Forest Lake and Wyoming, or for Pine City your building letter prefix is entered as "G-99". Not sure what letter prefix your unit has? Refer to the first page of your contract, or call us at 651-462-4516 for more help.

Logging in to our Rental Center often works better if you use your username to login instead of your email address. If you're not sure what your username is, or you forgot your password, call us at 651-462-4516 and we'll be happy to help!

Access Hours (All Locations): 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 365 days a year

Office Hours:

Wyoming: • April 1 – October 31: Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM, Sat 8 AM–5 PM • November 1 – March 31: Mon–Sat 8 AM–5 PM

We also offer indoor and outdoor parking for vehicles, boats, and RVs at select locations.

We offer online bill pay for your convenience, along with phone support, drop-boxes at each facility, and in-person assistance at our Wyoming office.
